This Privacy Policy applies to your use of www.mysmartoh.com and/or any downloadable application including mobile phone applications operated by us (collectively, “Site” or “Application”) as well as the services available on or provided through this Site or Application. As a responsible organisation, protecting your personal data is our priority.

The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “MySMARTOH” refer to OH Digital Solution Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 202001003877 (1360197-P), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia and our Site or any mobile application downloads (collectively, ”MySMARTOH”). The term “you” or “your” refers to each user of the Site.

MySMARTOH is an Online Occupational Health platform developed by OH Digital Solution Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 202001003877 (1360197-P). It is designed to assist organisation, occupational health professionals, service providers and others to manage their occupational health programmes more efficiently and seamlessly.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, used and disclosed by us, in relation to your access and use of our services which are provided through our Site or Application. By accessing and/or using our Site or Application, you agree and consent to us collecting, processing, using and disclosing your personal data in the manner set out below. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy or any part thereof, you should stop accessing and/or using the Site or Application.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the collection, processing, use and disclosure of your personal data by third party that we do not control or not employed or managed by us. If you visit any web link mentioned in our Site or Application, it is your responsibility to review its privacy policy before providing the site with any information especially your sensitive personal information.

We collect, process and use your personal data including but not limited to your name, NRIC No., address and phone number. Any personal information collected shall be used for the purpose of providing services to you, improving our services and content, contacting you and responding to your inquiry. We will not sell or rent your personal data outside MySMARTOH except where we are required to share your information with any third parties who provide services on our behalf or if we are compelled by law to do so. It is possible that we might be forced to disclose your personal information in response to legal process or procedure or when we are required by any applicable laws or a law enforcement agencies. In such a circumstances, we may or may not be at liberty to inform you.

2. Source of personal data

The user of this Site or Application will be the main source of data. However, certain personal data can be obtained via publicly accessible sources including but not limited to public registries, web portal of government agencies, public search engines and websites. We do not aggregate your data unless it is orientated to improve our services to you. Rest assured, we will not sell your data or information.
